Super Junior (슈퍼 주니어) adalah Boyband Korea yang populer, dan anggota band korea tiga belas orang di bawah label SM Entertainment dan lembaga produksi. Super Junior adalah salah satu dari Boyband Korea yang paling populer di luar Korea selain Tohoshinki,, SS501 atau FT Island.
Mereka memulai debutnya pada tahun 2005 dengan single "TWINS (Knock Out)" sebagai anggota kelompok dua belas tetapi menambahkan ketiga belas di bulan Mei 2006 dengan merilis single mereka U.

Debut Super Junior dan Sejarah
Sejak akhir 1990-an, agen bakat Korea dan label rekaman SM Entertainment telah memegang audisi tahunan untuk pramuka bakat-bakat baru yang melengkapi keberhasilan kelompok pop HOT, SES, dan Shinhwa, semua yang diciptakan oleh pendiri SM Soo-Man Lee di pertengahan 1990-an. Leeteuk dan Eunhyuk adalah dua pertama anggota kelompok yang akan direkrut pada tahun 2000 di bawah SM Starlight Casting System di Seoul.
Pada tahun 2001, perusahaan mengadakan audisi pertama mereka casting di luar negeri dan menemukan Han Geng di Beijing, yang terpilih di antara tiga ribu pelamar. Pada tahun yang sama, Yesung ditemukan di bawah sistem casting Seoul dengan temannya HeeChul. Sungmin dan Donghae juga dipilih untuk menjadi trainee setelah penampilan mereka dalam sebuah kontes yang disponsori SM. Pada tahun 2002, Heechul dan Kangin direkrut bersama dengan Kibum, yang ditemukan di Los Angeles. Untuk sementara kelompok itu dikabarkan akan disebut OVER, singkatan untuk Namun "Taatilah Suara untuk Tiap Rhythm.", Sebelum kelompok diselesaikan dengan nama mereka saat ini, SM hanya menyebut mereka sebagai Junior, representasi dari anggota usia muda ketika mereka pertama kali menjadi trainee SM. Setelah anggotamemamerkan bakat mereka yang berbeda kepada perusahaan di piknik, nama perusahaan diselesaikan konsep mereka ke Super Junior. Kelompok ini kemudian menjadi resmi Super Junior 05, generasi pertama dari Super Junior.
Super Junior 05 membuat mereka pra-debut pada saluran Mnet Korea pada tanggal 11 September 2005. Saat penampilan mereka melakukan berbagai gaya menari hip hop. Kelompok ini menari-nari untuk B2K's "Take It To Floor."
